Our mission is to meaningful reduce long-term unemployment for neurodiverse community, in particularly individuals with ADHD & Autism. The long-term unemployment rate for this group is in excess of 80%! We aim to reduce this by helping these talented individuals find their ideal job matches, the type of workplaces they can thrive in. Our long-term vision is to augment traditional career services offices allowing them to improve career services engagement rates, while serving more students.

Most individuals in our target demographic are brilliant but struggle to find the right job matches and environments for their skills. Additionally, many struggle with social, communication, and emotional skills all of which can be improved upon through training. By helping individuals work through these challenges early, we lead colleges to better outcomes, and students to a trajectory of compounding knowledge, skills, and experiences over time.

We have a full feature roadmap to deliver on our promise that we could share in further conversations. For now suffice to say the solution builds upon vocational interest assessment work that has been done over the last 50 years.
